Sculpture

Inspired by Rachel Whiteread’s method of casting negative space, I created rooms that seem to have an eerie imprint of memory of life in domestic spaces. I hope that this method of looking at interiors from another perspective would urge viewers to reflect on their relationship with their homes. By casting many different spaces as if disassembled pieces of a house and looking inwards at its every corner, I break down the construction of our homes and our memories into separate containers.
